This is a Denarius from the emperor Trajan who ruled from 98 to 117 AD and minted in Rome.

Obv: Laureate bust right, slight drapery.
Rev: Dacian seated left on pile of arms, in attitude of mourning, foot on helmet; one round and two oblong shields; on left, two curved swords; on right, two spears
