ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 3-5 days to process your order. Expect an email within 3-5 days to let you know your order is on the way!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES:
For orders within the UK we offer 24h tracked shipping via Royal Mail at £3.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
For international orders we offer tracked shipping via Royal Mail at £10.50.

For orders to the US a postal delivery duties paid service will be used via Royal Mail which is included in the price of the international shipping stated above.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. VPUKcoins is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or there is an issue with it, you will receive a full refund once the order has been returned.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at VPUKcoins@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If it is proved that a non-authentic coin has slipped through our checks you are guaranteed to receive a full refund. I do not currently supply certificates of authenticity with the coins.
