Theodosius Roman coin, ancient follis with galley reverse AE2
Theodosius Roman coin, ancient follis with galley reverse AE2
Low stock: 1 left
This is a genuine coin from the emperor Theodosius who was emperor from 375 to 395AD and minted in Antioch. The reverse shows the emperor standing left in a galley, head reverted, his hand rasied, cape billowing behind, with a Victory steering.
It is in incredible condition for being over 1700 years old with such crisp details and would be a fantastic addition to a numismatic collection.
