Severus Alexander with Salus reverse Silver Denarius, Ancient roman coin

This is a genuine Denarius from the emperor Severus Alexander who was the last Roman emperor from the Severan dynasty, ruling from 222 to 235. On the reverse it features Salus seated left, feeding a snake rising from an altar.

It is in extremely fine condition which is amazing for being over 1800 years old with such crisp details and would be a fantastic addition to a numismatic collection.
