This is an Antoninianus coin from the emperor Maximianus who was emperor from 286-305AD.

Obv: IMP C M A MAXIMIANVS PF AVG; Bust of Maximian, radiate, draped, right
Rev: CONCORDIA MILITVM; Maximian, draped, cuirassed, standing right, holding parazonium in right hand and receiving Victory on globe from Jupiter; Jupiter, standing left, holding sceptre.
