This is a follis coin from the emperor Licinius II and minted in 317-324AD in Alexandria.

Obv: Helmeted and cuirassed bust left, holding spear over shoulder, shield on left arm. D N VAL LICIN LICINIVS NOB C.

Rev: Jupiter standing left, holding Victory on globe and eagle-tipped sceptre; eagle at feet left, bound captive to right; XIIΓ in right field. IOVI CONSERVATORI.
