Julia Maesa Silver Denarius with Felicitas reverse, 220-222 AD, Ancient roman coin

This is a nice Denarius from the empress Julia Maesa who was the grandmother to emperors Elagabalus and Severus Alexander, elder sister of empress Julia Domna and was minted in Rome in 220-222 AD.

Obv: Bust of Julia Maesa, diademed, hair waved and turned up low at the back, draped, right
Rev: Felicitas standing left with a long caduceus, sacrificing out of patera over lighted altar, star right.
