This is a nice example of a silver Drachm coin minted in Dyrrhachium, Illyria in ancient Greece in the 2nd-1st century BC.
Obv: MENISKOS, above a cow standing right, suckling her calf.
Rev: DYP DIO-NY-SIOY, double stellate pattern within square
