This is a genuine Denarius from the emperor Hadrian who ruled from 117 to 138 AD and minted in Rome.

Obve: HADRIANVS AVG COS III P P, bare head right
Rev: FORTVNA AVG, Fortuna standing left, holding rudder on globe and cornucopiae.
