This is a provincial issue coin from the emperor Hadrian and minted in 117-138 AD from the city of Antioch which is in the south of modern day Turkey.

Obv: Hadrian's laureate draped bust right.
Rev: COS III, lyre, S-C across fields

Size: 19mm
Weight: 3.31g

Roman provincial currency was coinage minted within the Roman Empire by local civic rather than imperial authorities. These coins were often continuations of the original currencies that existed prior to the arrival of the Romans. These often featured local languages such as this one with the legend written in ancient Greek.
