This is an As coin from the emperor Hadrian who ruled from 117 to 138 AD. Famous in Britain for building a wall that spanned from the east coast to west coast of the north of England to defend against the Picts coming down from Scotland, known as Hadrian's wall.

Obv: Laureate bust of Hadrian right.
Rev: Fortuna seated left holding rudder and cornucopia, FORT RED in exergue.
