This is a coin from the emperor Gratian who reigned from 367 to 383AD and minted in Cyzicus.

Obv: DN GRATIA-NVS P F AVG; pearl diademed, draped, cuirassed bust right.
Rev: CONCOR-DIA AVGGG; Roma, helmeted, seated facing with head left, holding globe & reversed spear, right leg bare.
