Genuine Roman coins, 4th century ancient Nummus
Genuine Roman coins, 4th century ancient Nummus
Low stock: 1 left
These are some great coins from the late Roman empire, minted in the 3rd, 4th and 5th centuries by various emperors and with a variety of reverses. Most are AE4-AE3 (between 10-21mm) Nummus and Follis with a couple that are slightly larger. These Authentic Roman coins would be great additions to an ancient coin collection or as a gift for someone with an interest in ancient Roman history.
They have some great details for identification and wouldn't be far off how a roman would have seen their coins in their hands over 1700 years ago!
Select the coin that you would like from the drop down menu that is linked to the photos.
There is an option to add a coin display capsule to this order for a small additional fee which is show cased in the video and can hold coins up to 40mm within a foam gasket that holds them securely in the centre of the capsule. They look great on display with the stand and keeps the coins nice and safe. If coin only is selected the coins will be shipped in a simple plastic coin holder to keep them safe.
This listing is regularly updated with additional coins so please check back and see what's new.
Please look closely at the photos for the condition and get in touch if you have any questions, I am always happy to help.
If you like these then please check out my other listings, I have a large selection of great coins to choose from.

Wonderful quality, my dad is going to love this on his birthday. Thank you
I purchased the coin for my 12.5 year old grandson who has a surprisingly extensive range of British coins from about George 3 up to decimalisation for a belated Xmas present. He dearly wanted an ancient coin from the Roman Empire to extend his interest back in time.
FYI, I also collect coins from the British Isles from Greek coins which may have circulated on our islands up to decimalisation.
Do you, by any chance, know which emperor is depicted on the coin I purchased?
