This is a nice example of a silver Drachm coin from the Kingdom of Cappadocia in ancient Greece, minted by Ariobarzanes II between 63-52 BC.
Obv: diademed head right.
Rev: Athena standing facing, head left, holding Nike in her right hand and shield and spear with her left.
