Arcadius Roman coin with Victory reverse, 383-408AD, 4th century ancient Follis AE3

This is a nice coin from the emperor Arcadius who was emperor from 383 to 408 and is minted in Antioch.

Obv: DN ARCADIVS PF AVG; Perl-diademed, draped and cuirassed bust right.
Rev: VIRTVS-EXERCITI; emperor standing left, head right, holding spear and resting left hand on shield. Victory, standing beside him, crowns him with a wreath held in her right hand
