This is a civic issue ancient Greek coin from the city of Antioch minted between 100-1BC.

Obv: Laureate head of Zeus right.
Rev: ΑΝΤΙΟΧΕΩΝ ΤΗΣ ΜΗΤΡΟΠΟΛΕΩΣ; Zeus seated left, holding Nike and sceptre; date in exergue on thunderbolt; above Zeus, thunderbolt.
