This is a fantastic pictorial bottle is from the early 1900s. The tactile embossing on the front says: 'J.KERSHAW & SONS GATESHEAD AND LEADGATE' around a lovely pictorial trade mark of a bird on a branch. It has a lovely applied lip with an internal screw top and unique air bubbles created during its manufacture which would look great in a display.
It has been thoroughly cleaned, please refer to the photos closely for the condition of the bottle.
There is a small chip on the base and small bruise on the lip but other than this the bottle is in good condition but it does have a few knocks and scuffs which is to be expected as it has been buried for a long time and dug by hand.
