This is a genuine coin from the emperor Valentinian II who was emperor from 375-392AD and minted in Thessalonica now modern day Salonika, Greece. On the reverse it features the emperor dragging a captive and holding a staff with the early Christian symbol Chi-Rho

It is in extra fine and incredible condition for being over 1700 years old and with such crisp details and would be a fantastic addition to a numismatic collection.

Size: AE3 (17 mm)
Weight: 2.06g

Please look closely at the photos for the condition of the coin.
