This is a nice serrate coin from ancient Greece, minted in the Seleukid Kingdom, in 162-150BC under the rule of Demetrius I.

Obv: Head of Artemis right wearing stephane, bow and quiver over shoulder.
Rev: bow beside quiver with straps.
