This is a very nice nummus from the emperor Constantine and minted from 321 to 323AD in Ticinum now modern day Pavia, Italy. On the reverse it features two victories facing each other and holding a shield inscribed with VOT PR.
It has crisp details on both sides and wouldn't be far off how a roman would have seen the coin in their hands over 1700 years ago!
