This is a very nice nummus from the emperor Constantine and minted from 321 to 323AD in Thessalonica now modern day Salonika, Greece. On the reverse it features a votive wreath dedicating to 20 years of service
It has crisp details on both sides and wouldn't be far off how a roman would have seen the coin in their hands over 1700 years ago!
