Septimius Severus with Sacrifice reverse Silver Denarius, Ancient roman coin

This is a Denarius from the emperor Septimius Severus who ruled from 193 to 211 AD and minted in Rome. On the reverse it features Septimius Severus standing left, sacrificing with a patera over a lighted altar to his left.

It is in incredible condition for being over 1700 years old with such crisp details and would be a fantastic addition to a numismatic collection.
